EverFrames primarily supplies products for installation by your own installer. Installation is included only where it has been specifically agreed and confirmed as part of your order.
Lead times depend on the window and its specification. Contact us for the current estimated lead time before ordering if you are working towards a particular date. We recommend waiting until your windows have arrived and been checked before confirming installation arrangements.
Contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours to request a change. We’ll confirm within two working days whether it can be accepted. Changes are not guaranteed, even within the first 24 hours, because your order may already have been processed or sent to manufacture.
Please check your measurements carefully before ordering. If a window is made correctly to the dimensions you supplied but does not fit, a replacement or alteration may involve additional costs. Contact us promptly and we’ll explain the available options.
Windows manufactured to your individual measurements are normally excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if a window is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Check your delivery as soon as reasonably possible and contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. Avoid installing an affected window until we have discussed the next step with you. Your statutory rights are not lost simply because a problem was not reported immediately.
