The right fixing depends on the product you are installing and the material you are fixing into. Check the fixing’s specification against your installation requirements. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Compatibility varies between products. Check the requirements for your particular window or door, including any manufacturer’s installation instructions, before choosing your fixings.
The size required depends on the frame, supporting material and installation method. Follow the product manufacturer’s guidance or ask your installer to confirm the correct size before you order.
The quantity depends on the size and type of product being installed and its required fixing positions. Ask your installer to confirm the total needed, and check the pack quantity when ordering.
Check the individual window or door listing for what is included. If it isn’t clear whether you need to order fixings separately, contact us with the product name and we’ll help you check.
Suitability for outdoor use depends on the fixing’s material, coating and intended application. Check the individual specification, particularly where fixings may be exposed to moisture or coastal conditions. Don’t assume every fixing is suitable for external use.
